The Woman Who Refused to Stay Sick
I spent years quietly navigating a sea of symptoms—chronic fatigue, brain fog, numbness and tingling in my extremities, hormonal chaos where I wasn’t able to get pregnant, and emotional dysregulation—all while performing the version of myself the world expected to see: capable, knowledgeable, super mom and wife, driven, leader, put together, fine.
After all, having studied modern medicine, I was the expert, I should be able to figure out my symptoms with traditional approaches. But beneath the surface, my body was quietly screaming for help—and conventional medicine wasn't listening. My breaking point was in the ninth doctor's office and countless discussions with my colleagues over the course of a year, I was handed another prescription, and told there was nothing else they could do. I walked out determined to approach this a different way.
I was exhausted of chasing quick fixes, and suppressing symptoms without addressing the root cause. I didn't want a band-aid—I wanted answers. The truth.
It made me question everything I was taught and thought I knew about traditional medicine.
So I stopped outsourcing my healing to systems that didn’t truly see or understand me.

I immersed myself in ancient healing traditions and practices that have been used for thousands of years—Traditional Chinese Medicine, Medical Medium, Somatic Healing, and Universal Spiritual principles..
I developed a unique, whole-body, soul-centered approach to healing rooted in the understanding that our bodies aren’t broken—it’s simply calling out for support, asking us to listen, and inviting us to tend to it’s healing.

My own journey—rooted in conventional medicine and shaped by firsthand experience with the limitations of traditional care—led me to explore the deeper truth found in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Medical Medium protocols, Somatic Energy Work, and Universal Spiritual principles.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and clear. I bring together evidence-based understanding with ancient, holistic practices to help you reconnect to your body and energy, regulate your nervous system, and address chronic symptoms at the root.
Through private concierge sessions, group experiences, and practitioner education, I’ve supported hundreds of individuals on their path to wholeness. In 2025, I’m honored to expand this work through immersive retreats and corporate wellness experiences designed to meet the growing demand for true holistic healing.
